The RSC serves as a catalyst for collaboration to foster the interchange of knowledge among a cross sector of senior leaders from the federal, state and private sectors. The RSC achieves this through live, two-day educational summits that are highly curated around a particular functional topic or sector challenge. RSC forums are often referred to as business level “Town Halls” because of their strong promotion of dialogue, debate and discussion among all in attendance.
