#782 GSALink Wins FedScoop 50 Award for Technology Innovation of the Year !

One of the most notable large scale implementations of analytics in 2012-2013 is the GSALink project. Some statistics about this project:

• 81 buildings representing over 44 million square feet, in all 11 GSA regions
• Over 8,300 pieces of mechanical equipment
• 50,000 data points continuously updating producing hundreds of thousands of data samples per day
• 16 different manufacturers and versions of building automation systems
• Integration of data from the automation systems, an energy meter database, an owner’s operations database and weather data
• Project implemented by IBM and ESI
